Emma Hardie Moringa Luxury Hand & Nail Treatment SPF30

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/purchase] For my birthday and Christmas this year, Mr BBB got me a Lisa Eldridge ring (I chose it) which is something I have wanted ever since I saw them. A visit to the pop-up Lisa Eldridge store meant I could try it on and it was a lovely as I had hoped it would be. But, let me tell you, a very nice new ring makes you focus all-in on your hands and I have been in regret at not being rigorous with hand cream, particularly SPF hand cream.

When I received the new Emma Hardie body collection last month (review coming next week), the hand cream was the thing I barely noticed but has turned into my favourite thing. It’s got that lovely scent associated with the brand  (a blend of orange, mandarin, bergamot, rose and jasmine – a beautiful combination) and although I can tell it has SPF in it, massages in perfectly. When I’m applying facial sunscreen, I always try and remember to use the residue on my hands but they probably get the most UV exposure of any part of my body.

I’m not one for self-castigation over beauty matters – it’s completely normal that any part of us won’t look the same as it did 20 years ago, but while I have got a couple of pigment patches on the tops of my hands, I don’t want any more if I can avoid it. At nearly the same time, I got a tattoo which is on the inside of the finger that I wear the ring on and tattoos do need some care in the form of moisture and SPF to prevent fade. This pump style hand cream could not have come at a better time. The pump version (£120ml) is £30 HERE which to be honest I think is quite expensive, but undoubtedly handy, but Cult Beauty has a 50ml (non-pump) version for £16 HERE which might be a better option if you’re not ready to commit to the full size.

So, here’s the ring on its own. It’s the Baby Grace with gold and topaz HERE. It’s definitely worth reading up on how these rings are sourced and made HERE . I’m generally a skinny ring person but once I tried this on, there was no going back!
