So, the next chapter in Lip Oils is arriving with Dior Rouge Dior Brilliant – a new breed of glosses for Dior infused with oils. Rouge Dior Brilliant first existed in 1981 – this is the re-invention and I can see that it’s going to be good!
I honestly cannot wait to get Dior Rouge Dior Brilliant on my lips! All I can tell you at the moment is that Dior promises a vitamin E complex combined with a plumping ingredient that helps to reactivate collagen.
At the same time, there’s a capsule collection of re-invented reds (above) from Peter Philips, the new (ish) and ex-Chanel creative director for Dior Beauty. They’re described as semitone shades – so variations on Le Vernis Rouge 999 with the standout being Corail 899; a coral infused red. If you also notice, the rave nail product, Creme Abricot, comes in a limited edition red case. Total want (and I’ll add that red bag to the list of urgent wanties!).

I love that we see these ‘flurries’ of ingredients being used in products! I’m all for oil in lip products though, it sounds amazing!
