Swatching this shade has been nigh on impossible – my cameras, both of them, insist on turning the shade blue, but the above press picture is exactly correct although with two coats it is slightly darker than shown. I’ve had to do my best on my phone camera to knock out the blue tones that my other camera can’t get rid of.
Ultra Violet is a brilliant shade of purple – a real wow colour – with a high gloss finish and is part of the limited edition Anselm Reyle collection out on 9th January at Selfridges and Harrods. I’m thrilled with the shade; it’s vivid and lively but still stays on the right side of dark for winter.
