A gorgeous picture here sourced from fabulous Japanese blogger, Spur HERE, of the forthcoming Dior Eye Reviver palette. I guess you could say that the Dior Eye Reviver palette is Dior’s stab at a nude palette – you can’t knock it for Dior style prettiness but it’s a bit of a late entry as far as nude collections go. The palette was created for and used by Peter Philips (ex Chanel) to create the make up for spring-summer 2015 runway.
What’s interesting is that Dior is pushing the ‘brightening’ element; that the shadows will give an immediate radiance boost. *Coughs*
However, if you’re the last person in the entire world not to own a nude palette, then you probably can’t go too far wrong with this, especially if you love your make up luxy. Looking at the back-stage pictures, pigment seems light, but that keys in nicely to washes of colour and nuanced shades – Urban Decay Naked dupe Dior Eye Reviver Palette is not.
I’d love to be able to tell you when it’s launching in the UK and how much but no info so far, so I’ll update the post as and when – or if. And the same applies for the Givenchy Rouge A Porters that I posted after Nicolas Degennes Instagrammed them – although I’ve just noticed they’ve launched already. So, disappointingly I have no swatches for you or further information (such a story….. 😉 ).
