Nobody does glitter like Deborah Lippmann does glitter. This is just a very quick post on an exclusive coming up for Harrods next month; 99 Luftballons. It’s a glitter saturated polish with predominantly red tones but as you can see just about every other colour under the sun in the mix as well, from blues and pinks to white and green.

I would totally urge you to stock up on the amazing Revolution Glitter Base undercoat that makes removing glitters an absolute breeze. It’s Australian and they ship from there so I don’t know how much that costs – two bottle minimum order I think so you might want to share with a friend. It’s HERE.

  6. I HAVE to get this considering 99 Red Balloons was at number one when I was born 🙂 I’m pleased the DL brand is finally getting some acknowledgement here as there are some fab products; I really love the remover sachets so I’m hoping they’ll be easier to track down! xx
