This is a close-up of the beautiful autumn palette coming from Clarins in August. You know when you reach that time when you cannot face a single drop more neon? Well, here’s the antidote!

Clarins Forest Palette Swatches

Beautiful, moody and woody shades that are perfect for a sultry autumn smoky.

There are also two new mascaras coming – with a slight curve on the brush for better application; one in brown and one in black. Remember the Three Dot Liner? That’s become so popular it’s stopped being a limited edition and gone into the main line.

And, another look at the Graphic Expressions limited edition blush and face powder. Pretty, hey?

It’s all hitting counters in August.

I would love a swatch (or two) of that face and blush palette!

Are the eyeshadows shimmer or matte? I don’t often see eyeshadow palettes where I like all the colours but that one is so pretty! And the face powder/blush… drool.

They’re more matte than shimmer other than the obviously shimmery white one.. but not intense matte..definitely a bit of sheen there.

  3. Ever since their spring 2013 release, I’ve been getting both their eye and face LE palettes, and by the looks of it, I’ll be getting the a/w 2013 ones as well! I think they’ve really stepped up their game lately, so refreshing to see this from Clarins!
