Bonafide Globe Candles

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] So, I have been dancing around the internet offers for this stunning candle that took my breath away when I saw it at the press day in the early autumn. It’s just utterly delicious – you can’t help but stroke it and lighting it was almost painful because I can’t bear the thought of it burning down.

Bonafide Round Candle

As you can see, it catches any available light on the glossy surface – it’s more ornament than candle in my view but when you get to the burn, oh my – all eyes on it! This candle is Clementine, perfect for this time of year, although they are unscented and all about the impact rather than the smell.

(Hear me weep!) There are various offers on the Bonafide Round Candles although not this particular colour. If you love the look of these and have interiors mad friends or family, head straight to Liberty HERE where there are other colours available (at the time of writing) for £59.50 instead of £85. The candles are covered in a cellulose lacquer which gives them the shine, and there’s a non-slip pad underneath. The burn happens within the shell (expect glow from within) so there’s no running wax down the side.

After that, it’s off to Harvey Nichols who take off 15% at checkout (making them approx £72) HERE where there are several more colour options available (a beautiful turquoise blue amongst others). After that, it’s off to Flannels HERE where there are more colour options still (a bright pink!) but they’re still full price, £85. Maybe Black Friday itself will bring more of a bargain but I’m not here to monitor and update.

Sorry, Jane. I only buy candles that have fragrance. This does look really impressive though.

Yes, I wonder why they don’t fragrance them? Maybe cost prohibitive because it’s so huge.

Woah at 1.45kg that will do as a post Christmas scoff workout weight 🙂 It’s absolutely stunning for sure and if I didn’t have my 3 cats and a budget to stick to I’d buy a couple and admire the glow once lit. I can’t wait to get to Liberty for a mooch and soak up some festive atmosphere soon. Have a great Wednesday Jane and all BBB family and followers xxx

I know.. it’s a beauty! But as you say – budget blower! Thanks Chrissie – enjoy the rest of your week x

  3. Hi Jane! Upon seeing this post of yours I jumped straight onto Liberty’s site and couldn’t resist getting one as a gift and one for myself. It has just arrived and is sitting in pride of place on my desk – it looks like something between the lolly of dreams and the most perfect, shiny, spherical balloon. Can’t think of the last purchase that made me so immediately happy. Thank you so much for sharing this niche brand with us! xx Zoe
