I love this brand, and have spent hundreds of pounds on Benefit products over the years – but not any more after today’s experience. I was told to produce a receipt when I brought back a clearly faulty barely used tube of Porefection (the crimping seal had ruptured on the bottom of the tube, which meant product squirted out of the bottom). Am I alone in not keeping receipts for every cosmetic purchase I make? With this attitude they have just lost one loyal customer.
