Aveda Experience Box The BritishBeautyBlogger Edit #BBBAvedaBox

So, we’re back! This time, instead of the multi-brand Dream Boxes, I’ve decided to focus on single brands or brand ‘families’ so that you can really get to know them in a more in-depth way. It seems to me that this is the future of the beauty box (definitely the future for my boxes) and that consumers want to find brands that they can understand and relate to in a bigger way than one single item would allow. After all, you are the ultimate brand testers. Please, please use the #BBBAvedaBox – BBB box days are so busy on social media and it helps us to make sure any questions are properly answered and any feedback is seen. As always, Latest In Beauty is my partner on this box.

Aveda is a hair brand that’s been on my radar since the word go – if you’ve followed my blog for a while, you’ll know that if I do go for a proper hair pamper, it’s to the Covent Garden Aveda salon. I see the same stylist – Zak – who once offered to give me a fire-eating lesson! The hidden talents of hairdressers – I’m sure that’s a blog post in the making! I also once met the person responsible for naming the Aveda eye shadow colours – I was so envious! One of my very first Aveda posts on BBB was in 2009 (Caribbean Therapy), and I’ve used and loved many of their products both for hair and body.

The BBB/Aveda Experience Box is really all about finding the right hair products for you. We’ve managed to keep these boxes at £20 (inc P&P) but if you do the maths you’ll see that their value is over four times what you pay. The reason for that is so as many of you as possible can try the brand if you would like to.

It’s important to ensure that you order the box that is for your hair type: one of Aveda’s strongest points is prescriptive hair treatments with active ingredients that will truly make a difference. So, after working closely with Aveda experts, for this box, I have three splits, each curated to target and revitalise. I’m also following Aveda’s strong earth friendly policy: the box is 100% recyclable (even the ink) and we’ve used no extra, unnecessary packaging.

I hope you enjoy experiencing next level hair care with conscience (and a cup of delicious herbal tea!). In each box you will find four retail size products, 3 Comforting Tea bags and a £10 voucher redeemable against any £30 or over spend so you can replenish your supplies with Aveda’s compliments.

I was wondering the same thing but clicked through to order and was happy to see that there’s also a full-size ‘scalp revitaliser’ product. It’s shown in the image but missing from the text, I’m sure Jane will add it soon. Looking forward to trying the products!

    1. Jane

yes. so sorry! There’s always something! I’ve added it now xx

  5. Emer

Thanks Jane. I was actually amazed that the full-size scalp product is in the box as it alone retails at £45! That is out of my budget, especially for a product I haven’t tried before. This box really is a fantastic way to try out several of the products for the price of one. Many thanks for making it available to us. xo

That curly hair box would be perfect for me. If only they shipped outside the UK. 🙁

  7. Sydney

Just ordered even though I’ve just bought some Aveda shampoo and conditioner from the salon but what a great price . Thank you .
This is the first time I’ve bought a more expensive shampoo ( Aussie fan) and I’m so pleased with the results so much softer and I got away with not styling my hair after one wash 🙂

  8. LilyM

Thanks Jane, once again. I couldn’t decide, cos I have fine hair, but it’s really dry & damaged on the ends, so I went for the Invati & the Damage Remedy & I’m really looking forward to trying both!
