There’s some beautiful newness for lashes from Anna Sui if you’re in the market for a new mascara. I always love Anna Sui packaging and these are very glamorous with art deco references.
There are three individual lash products – first up – Lash Primer & Top Coat (£16). It’s a transparent formula with a short, curved brush to ensure that you get lift on application right from the root. To set the curl, the formula uses wax which also creates a smoother surface for your mascara. If you use it as a topper, the same it turns what ever mascara you are using into a waterproof one. Very handy for the weather right now! It’s HERE.
Next up is Length & Separation Mascara (£19) containing two types of fibre; one to coat the root of the lash and one to attach to the end of the lashes. My mind is boggling – I don’t know how that can happen! This mascara also contains an ingredient called Quick Dry Powder that speeds up drying time and stops clumping so you can layer and layer completely evenly. It’s HERE.
Finally, Curl & Volume Mascara (£19), with a brush that’s got shorter bristles on one side so you can scoop upwards, then longer bristles on the other side so you can add the volume. Waxes hold the lash in place, while micro fibres dry the mascara quickly to ‘freeze’ the curl into place. You’ll need a waterproof remover for this one. It’s HERE.
I’m using Beauty Bay links on these because they’ve got an offer to mix with Paul & Joe Beaute – buy one get one half price.
