Given that Amazing Concealer concealer is one of my all time favourite concealers (only recently usurped by Make Up For Ever 3D Concealer) it was a given that I’d like this. However, when I first squeezed it out of the tube, Amazing Concealer Foundation didn’t look as promising as expected. It’s quite thick and yet, strangely lacking in pigment.
Once I got going with applying it, the first application was a very light coverage – more like a BB actually – but I took it to a second application and am very glad I did. This gave a medium coverage with a slight skin sheen, and far from feeling dry, it actually feels skin softening and hydrating as well as giving a smooth, tone perfecting finish. Amazing Concealer Foundation is a good option for older skin; peptides, anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals and an ingredient to mimic skin’s hyaluronic acid all seem to add up to something rather flattering and smoothing.
Medium Beige is the perfect skin match for me – I’ve just found the Concealer on offer for £16.60 instead of £19.50 (HERE) but the Amazing Concealer Foundation hasn’t launched quite yet. Do keep your eyes peeled (I’ll flag it if I spot it). It’s a small shade selection – Fair, Light, Golden, Medium Beige, Medium Golden and Tan Golden and it’s £27.99.
