Don’t be put off by the fact that it has an app to go with it – you won’t need it at all once you have the routines down pat, but I really enjoyed following the 6 minute Instant Gratification routine and the Founder’s Favourite which is 10 minutes of all over toning. They’re delivered via video so what she does, you do, and she talks you through all of it, with a little beep to tell you when it’s time to move on. I find them really very relaxing and there’s a lovely complexion boost at the end of it. It doesn’t matter when you do your treatment but I find mornings are best if I want people to admire my skin (and reduce any a.m. puffiness) and evenings if I want to zone out and prep my skin for night cream.
