Accessory Wednesday: Uniqlo Heattech Body Warmer

I know this isn’t the most beautiful of things but is one of the most useful I’ve ever had. I bought the Uniqlo Heattech Body Warmer last year (when it was called a Waist Warmer) and it is brilliant. It sits under your jumper or top – or dress, even, and keeps your middle super-cosy. Nobody gets to see it, but it’s especially good if you’re rubbish at keeping things tucked in. With majorly low temperatures, it’s the best thing ever, and if you are lucky enough to get too hot you just slip it off and pop it in your bag. It’s also pretty amazing that if your middle is warm, the rest of you is, too. It’s a total snip at £9.90 HERE
and also comes in grey.

I got one last year too, and they are amazing! I have bought one for my sister for xmas this year.

  2. These are essential for me in the cold, so cosy and warm!

  3. I saw something similar from Japan a few years ago. I think its a great idea.

Currently loving most things from Uniqlo. I’m after the thermal shorts that match this for underneath dresses.

  5. Oh I’ve often looked at these… they remind me of those things to wear under regular tops while pregnant, to fill in the gap (also genius!). Am tempted to get one as I can’t bare a drafty middle lol

  6. I guess this is equivalent to a haramaki as it is called in Japanese. I used these when I was a little girl for stomach aches and such and it was so uncool and really unfashionable to use one because old people used them.

Now, I see it has turned into a semi fashion statement. Funny how things change!

  7. Ohhh I need this! Canadian Winter + this = Perfect!
