I know this isn’t the most beautiful of things but is one of the most useful I’ve ever had. I bought the Uniqlo Heattech Body Warmer last year (when it was called a Waist Warmer) and it is brilliant. It sits under your jumper or top – or dress, even, and keeps your middle super-cosy. Nobody gets to see it, but it’s especially good if you’re rubbish at keeping things tucked in. With majorly low temperatures, it’s the best thing ever, and if you are lucky enough to get too hot you just slip it off and pop it in your bag.
