I haven’t come across this brand before but I’m a big fan of fine chains and understated jewellery. I have got one or two proper rocks in the form of rings, but mainly, I go small size. Inevitably, this can mean more breakage, because I don’t believe in saving your jewellery for best – I think you should wear what you want, when you want or you never get the pleasure of it. Saying that, I can let you into a secret. About ten years ago, my godmother sent me one of her bracelets that she didn’t wear anymore. I loved it – a pewter coloured chain inset with clear stones. I wore it and wore it – in the bath, in the shower, to Tescos – everywhere. On a whim I decided to get it valued. 8K. I am not even joking, and I have very rarely worn it since.
So today’s accessory is a wearable £45! I love the little hammered discs to give it a bit of interest and it has a tiny diamond inset too (although for £45 we have to be realistic and realise it’s not much of a rock!). This is the perfect daily wear kind of bracelet for me – understated, but interesting in a small way. It’s HERE. There’s also a tiny letter ‘A’ – handy if you’re called Anne, but not so much if your name starts with any other letter of the alphabet!
