Sanctuary Cooling Range
Sanctuary Cooling Range

It’s ironic that on the coldest day of the so-called summer so far, I’m reviewing cooling products! So, I have to transport myself to somewhere hot where the relief of a tepid shower on hot skin is so lovely. Everything about the Sanctuary Cooling range is right for that feeling, but especially the Cooling Shower Drench that’s infused with watermelon and cucumber fragrance, so it really is fresh.

The whole Sanctuary Cooling Range uses methol technology to give skin a physical feeling of being cooled, so in that sense it does work – the shower gel would be brilliant for post-gym showers – and you do get a sensation of your body being ‘minty’ and chilled.

In the Sanctuary Cooling Range, you’ll find Body Sorbet (£8), Shower Drench (£7 above) and Body Scrub (£7). Bearing in mind that hot skin sometimes can’t tolerate a whole heap of product on it, I’d stick to the bare minimum – piling on more won’t make you feel cooler! So far, I like the scrub and I like the Shower Drench. You can find the entire range HERE.
