XIP Pink Satin Blush

If you like a powder blush that will last you nearly forever, here it is! I recently reviewed the XIP colour palettes and was impressed with the quality and pigment and the blush is no different. It’s that creamy kind of powder that blends like a dream. There is plenty of colour saturation so you’ll only need a little bit at a time.

The champagne shade is very sparkly – you could easily, with a big, fluffy brush, use across the top of your shoulders. The pop of pink is more matte – a kind of Bobbi Brown pop in nature – and remember, a tiny bit is all you need!

I think the combination is very pretty and gives you both blush and highlight options. However, £34 (HERE) seems like a lot for this – especially as it’s in a cardboard casing – a Bobbi Brown duo is £29.50. It’s really important for emerging brands to get their pricing correct and in this instance I don’t think that’s happened here.
