The Physician’s Formula Argan Wear BB is another of Mr BBB’s New York purchases. I love anything argan and I love BB creams so it sounded like the perfect match. I know that Physician’s Formula is slowly making its way to shelves in Ireland but I’ve no idea if the Argan range is available yet.
The product itself is lovely – a very soft feeling BB cream; I can very well believe that it has an oil component to it, and coverage is surprisingly good. I can liken it to bareMinerals Complexion Resue in terms of textural feel, but obviously, ingredients are different. It’s got SPF30 which is pretty impressive and argan is ingredient listed 8th in a very long list. The colour match isn’t perfect – they literally only have light/medium which is good for about 2% of the world; it’s a tad light on my olive tones, but I can get away with it.
I didn’t find that it hydrated my skin particularly – but certainly didn’t feel dry, so if you love a softly textured BB that blends like a dream and feels weightless and softening on the skin, Physician’s Formula Argan Wear BB is definitely one to try if you have the opportunity. Mr BBB found this for $14.99 (at Duane Reed, I think).
