If nobody could mention the word ‘nipples’ that would be great. But, here we are – the collaborative design between Marc Jacobs Beauty and pop artist, Tom Wesselman – Marc Jacobs Kiss Pops.

When shot from a more understanding angle, the Kiss Pops are really rather lovely. They’re in an ultra-shine casing which makes them all kinds of glamorous although sticky fingers are easily found out.

When it comes to the colours and formula, if you like a matte finish, you are going to love the level of colour distribution and the blur quality of the matte. I’m not at all a matte fan, so these aren’t for me but I can’t fault on the pop aspect of the shades that all the summery, happy things.

There are 9 shades to pick from – I’m assuming they’re all matte finish despite the initial presentation indicating they’ll be sheens – and they’re £20 each, which I know is top end but seems quite reasonable for this particular range.

The shades I have to show you are (bottom to top) Popparazi, Pow and Crush. I think you can actually see that they do a blur thing even in the arm swatch. Anyway, personally I wish these were sheens, but if you’re all about a matte lip, I’d really recommend. They’re HERE.
