Bobbi Brown Skin Glow

When the Bobbi Extra Lip Tint first came out I was all over it – it’s a sumptuous, softening lip balm that feels lush and hydrating on the lips. It also has a heat-tint to it so your lip colour gets a natural looking boost. I seem to remember that it started life as a limited edition but proved so popular that it’s now back (again) but this time in two new shades.

Bare Popsicle is a brighter toned pink than the initial Bare Pink and Bare Melon is the right side of peachy. At the same time, there are four new Cheek Glow Palettes – the one I have here is Pink Opal/Homecoming Pink. This palette is a version of Pot Rouge and the product feels glossy to the fingertips, but once on the cheek gives a nuance of colour and a light sheen. If you know the Pot Rouge formula, then you’ll also know that it is a little bit like having lipstick on your cheek in terms of feel. The Cheek Glow Palette is good for a fresh skin look – I like the highlighter because it’s not overly glowy and does a subtle blush game elevation.

I can’t recommend the Extra Lip Tints highly enough if you love a rich and slick balm – I think they’re a bit too expensive at £25 a pop but they’re very addictive! You’re warned. They’re HERE.
