Rituals Full Of Kindness Shower Foam

I don’t know about you, but I’m stressed! I think I’ve got general ‘the whole world is a mess’ kind of stress that gives you butterflies in your tummy for no reason and a sort of feeling of absolute helplessness. I want the NHS to be properly funded, I want the awful things that happened in Manchester and London not to have happened, and I want world leaders that can look after the world, not mess it up even more. I think there’s a point at which you can’t absorb any more, can’t take on any more fear, and have to close in on the things that are important around you and I guess, just value them a bit more. So, you know it’s the little things that are adding up to happiness right now – I got sent this shower foam out of the blue from a PR friend – she said she thought of me so sent it. And I love it because it was a small gesture that made my day brighter and happier.

Rituals Good Karma Body Spray

Along with it came the Good Karma Body Mist – they’re both based around Holy Basil which is a member of the mint family and has a clean, fresh kind of scent. I can tell you that the Shower Foam is all the fun – it comes out as a gel and then somehow grows in size to a huge, soft, scented foam and it’s just lovely! All of the reasons that this is in my shower, the thought, the kindness, the clean and fresh scent and the fabulous foam puts a spring in my step. I’m not much of a mister (boom boom) but if you love a spritz, it is uplifting in its way, and you can spray it on your linens as well.

The Shower Foam is limited edition and is £8.50, while the Mist is £16.50.
