Here’s a really frustrating product! I absolutely love the Kind Natured Coconut & Monoi Foaming Sugar Scrub – I love the scent of coconut and monoi that puts a smile on my face every single time and this is a beautiful version, unusually with more monoi fragrance than coconut. It’s perfectly scrubby with sugar grains and a foam that builds so you’re really in the mmmmm moment, and it’s 97% natural. No sulphates, parabens or petrochemicals.
My problem with it is that it doesn’t look as wonderful as it actually is. It just sort of drifts into that neutral ‘green’ packaging that makes eco products look apologetic and not at all stylish. Priced at £4.99 (at this price, just get one) if this had been presented differently, I would have added on, if asked to guess, at least another £20. There’s a matching body lotion (not tried yet), a hand cream and the same in a Macademia & Shea version. It’s a hidden gem and I wish the brand had a more exciting presentation. It’s a big recommend from me and made me want to look at the brand more closely (they have some lip balms that also look lovely) – and redesign the packaging! The Kind Natured brand is a wee gem though you generally find it languishing on the bottom shelf of doom in Boots (and only the larger ones at that apparently). The Ylang and Sage conditioner is great (no silicones – something VERY hard to find in conditioners) – simple, effective and cheap.
I agree this is an absolutely amazing scrub! I Love it and the scent is fantastic, hopefully us bloggers can spread the word because this deserves so much love (as do the other products I’ve tried!)
