Wow! I’m definitely in the mood for some shimmer and the Urban Decay Liquid Moondust shadows are all the shimmer and more. Based on the UD Moondust palette, these are liquified versions of the ultra sparkly dry powders using microfine iridescent sparkles in metallic cream.

Although the brush is more of a liner style brush, I’m not that precise with liquid liners so instead I used a flat edge brush to push the shimmer into my lash line and it worked really well. You can use Urban Decay Liquid Moondust as shadow or liner, but if you’re using it on the whole lid, you’ll need to work quickly. When it dries, it dries firm!

There are 8 shades (I have six here) in a selection of darks and lights – my favourite is Chem Trail, a white gold that glints like diamonds on the skin.

As you can see – mega watt shine! All of the shades have a colour shift element, but Chem Trail and Zodiac have the most 3D effect. From bottom to top in the swatch (for some reason, I have swatched Zodiac twice.. it’s first and fourth!): Zodiac, Space Time, Recharged, Zodiac, Chem Trail, Solstice and Magnetic.

The Urban Decay Liquid Moondust has already launched in the US (at Sephora HERE for $22 each if you can’t wait) and is due for UK launch at the end of the month/beginning of October.
