I had to have this explained to me – it’s described as “luxuriously infused with the iconic scent of Trish McEvoy’s Sexy 9 Blackberry and Vanilla Musk and enriched with skin-nourishing vitamin E, shea butter and natural humectants.” Basically, a dry sponge and once you wet it, it softens up and releases the soapy cleanser which is scented with Sexy 9 fragrance. You wouldn’t apparently need a separate soap. Once used, it dries up til the next time.
In theory I like this idea to have on hand for a quick shower and then out, smelling lovely. In practice though, I can’t imagine how much ‘lather’ you can infuse into a sponge and at £35 for it, I have to wonder how long it would actually last. It could be the most expensive sponge you ever bought even if you do get the shell bowl thrown in. It’s HERE if you like the look of it.
