It’s pretty incredible, when you think about it, how far sunscreen has progressed in a very short time. The products that are coming out now are such a long way from the greasy, smelly unguents that were on offer only a few years ago, and the Supergoop City Sunscreen Serum is a very good example. It’s Broad Spectrum SPF30 and for a sunscreen, light as a feather. It isn’t quite a serum in the traditional sense; the formula is thin and white, but delivers moisturisation as well as protection in a very light consistency that is perfect for the face. The other product from Supergoop that I love is the SPF30 Lipbalm; it’s got a good balmy consistency and is transparent – and doesn’t taste of mint! Great underwear for summer lip glosses and to stop your lips cracking up in the sun.

I am so excited that all the summer products are coming out, the weather is definitely hotting up so a good sunscreen is a must.
They should keep at it in the coming years, with finding better sunscreen options. I love a nice high protection sunscreen but they consistency & finish are bogus at such high levels. If they could make like say an SPF 100 serum that sinks in and doesn’t leave any sticky feeling, I’d be a life long customer. We need lighter textures & higher protection. A cosmetically elegant finish is also very nice thank you very much.
Love it!!! I am terrible for wearing sunscreen when I’m just out and about. I tend to keep it to when I’m sunbathing or lounging on the beach but this seems great!!
I like the idea of sunscreen in serum form, nothing worse than sticky thick creams. No wonder most people I know don’t bother with it! I use clinique city block, I like how it feels on my skin but it looks kinda orange!!
I’m in the market for two things; a high SPF moisturizer and a serum. Two birds, one stone here methinks. Thanks for the tip!
