Well, this was an interesting swatch. The colour on this polish is sublime – a real saturation of pigment meaning that you are definitely done in two coats. It’s pretty quick drying but quite low on shine, which for me means that a top coat is essential to give it that ultra-glossy look.

The brush definitely takes some getting used to – it’s on a long handle that isn’t as awkward as you might think but I wouldn’t want to try it with a tremble! The brush is a little on the thin side so you need to coat it really well with polish before you hit the nail, and I had one or two stray hairs that were sticking out that I had to trim off. The polish is quite thick which means less drips or errors.

However, I love the design – it’s really exciting and different and can’t recommend it highly enough for colour saturation – immense. But, I’d suggest that you need a little bit of experience with nail painting to get the best out of this…it definitely feels strange at first. My StrangeBeautiful mani emerged looking pretty fab and I’m not the most dextrous person in the world, so maybe if I can do it, anyone can! Find it HERE
