In the UK we are late to the Revlon scented nail polish party – it’s been out in the States for quite some time, but today I managed to get hold of a bottle to give it a try. I got hold of the slightly lurid limey green Beach that smells exactly like sun tan lotion. The scented polishes are coming to the UK in March 2011, including Peach Smoothie, Bubble Gum and Ocean Breeze. They definitely fall in to the novelty category but they’re really extremely well executed as once dry they really are quite highly fragranced and true to their descriptions. I’m expecting them to be the absolute rage of the spring/summer.

How did I not know about these?! I wonder how long the fragrance stays for, I am most definitely picking one of these up when they’re released here 🙂 Deffo a novelty item but that wont stop me hehe LovelyGirlieBits
There are some pretty colours – I like the lilac one the most. I’ve never actually tried scented polishes.

There are some Rimmel fruity ones on asos which give you a ….flavour.
Oooh, back home in NZ we had fruit scented nail polish! The blueberry one was the best 😀
I got my paws on the Cotton Candy one a while ago, I reviwed and totally agree that it smells like what it’s meant to and the scent really lasts!
Do like scented nail polishes, loved the Rimmel fruity ones…so I’m looking forward to these! 😀
i bought the green one in NYC this May…I think it’s apple scented? Whatever it is I really didn’t like the scent one bit!
Never sure about scented polishes, but I like the look of some of the colours. Will definitely be purchasing some.

Oh, wow! I can’t even imagine something like this. I’d love the purple one to have a grape scent, pink – strawberry etc.Anyway, I must try it! I love Revlon so these should be nice x
