It cannot be just me that’s noticed that the Wild collection isn’t actually that ‘wild’. In fact, I think the colours are quite muted for ‘unleashing a fierce look’! More a mew than a roar.

I don’t have all the shades, only the ones you see above, so it may be that other colours are more vibrant (there are eight shadow/liners). The liners (HERE) above are Vicious Moss and Brazen Gold and the shadows (£3.99 HERE) are Turquoise Fury and Vicious Purple.. the names are hopeful rather than representative!

See? Hardly going to cause a rumble in the jungle. However, I genuinely do love the eye pencil/shadows (£5.99) and especially the (un) Vicious Moss – a great, wearable khaki shade that will really suit my colouring. It’s gone straight to the ‘keep’ pile because I know I will wear it and wear it.

Finally (sorry Max Factor!), the plastic wrapping is nearly impossible to get off.. a mixture of nails and teeth were needed here to unwrap the pencils.. I think it’s supposed to just tear down the perforations but it doesn’t. It’s a minor detail but if it wrecks your mani, like it did mine, that’s not a good thing.
