This shampoo and conditioner is causing a little bit of a cultish stir amongst those in the know and yes, it was originally made for horses. I’ve just given the shampoo and conditioner a test run and actually really like it – the most noticeable thing on my hair is that it has made it feel and look thicker with a bit of oomph. Now, normally I am not a big hair fan, but it hasn’t gone ‘so’ big that I’m madly trying to pat it down – it’s just volumised and full of bounce. I can’t say that it’s truly, heart-stoppingly amazing (fans of this stuff are die hard and would strongly disagree) but there is definitely something about it that marks it out from other shampoos. I’d say, if your hair is fine and runs to dry, you will love it and can find it at Zuneta.com for £2.50 for a travel size.  But if you have thick hair already and don’t want a bouff, avoid.

The shampoo is big on lather and rich in moisturisers, while the conditioner is easy to rinse away. My hair feels silky and looks glossy, so the overall effect is a good one: I’m as ready as I’ll ever be for the 3.30 at Doncaster.
