I’ve got two of the MAC Divine Night Cremesheen Glass glosses to swatch; Prepare for Pleasure (red) and Flair For Finery.
Prepare For Pleasure is a gorgeous, sumptuous, strawberry red with aspects of deep pink in it.. very wearable. Flair For Finery is the polar opposite! A very light nude (I’m thinking a grey smoky eye to go with this) that allows enough of your own lip colour through to be what the name suggests – a wash of nude. Don’t be put off by it’s paleness – once on the lip it’s pretty near as perfect a nude that I know of.
There are two more shades, Private Party (a plum/mauve shade) and You’ve Got It (nude taupe with green pearl) which on the face of it sound more exciting than these, but I reckon this pair is about all you need to see you through winter. Try mixing them up to bring down the red or boost up the nude.
They’re £19 each and launch on 1st November.
