I love that L’Occitane has put together a set of very quick questions that help to identify which is the correct moisturiser for your skin type. You’re asked for your age, your skin type, your skin concerns and voila, it’s yours as soon as you step into store! I’ve just run through it myself and I’m Crème Divine which I think I might have guessed at, but I wish more brands would do this.

Although sampling is much more popular than it used to be (remember how impossible it used to be to get a sample from anyone on counters – the very cheek of us wanting to try before we buy!) the internet has made it so, so easy for us as consumers to make choices without having to do the social Krypton Factor at counter.

There are brands who ‘get’ sampling, and those who don’t – L’Occitane has always been a tremendous supporter of my beauty boxes (news of my very last multi-brand box coming soon!) and I feel it’s respectful to the consumer to give us the option to make decisions based on how a product feels on our skin and not on what it says on the packaging.

No need, I am sure, for me to say more, but the option is there if you’d like to give any L’Occitane skin care a go.
