Whether it’s a stocking filler or a little gift, Aromatherapy Associates is simply a crowd pleaser (unless you hate aromatherapy oils, in which case, it’s not going to be quite the thrill!); it’s one of my favourite brands and totally on my Christmas list to give and to receive. NEOM Organics Three Nights of Peace, £10, is also aromatherapy oil packed and makes three perfect baths for relaxation (I am pretty sure you can make this last longer – they’re made with 30% pure aromatherapy oils so a little goes a long way).
