I know it’s really immature but this is always Creme de Corpse in my head. However, I recently revisited this legendary body cream and it really is one of the very best there is. Just two days of using morning and evening and my skin is absolutely silky soft. There is not a trace of dryness anywhere.

I read some reviews of the product on the Kiehl’s US site and a common complaint seems to be the fragrance, which I don’t find offensive at all.. in fact, it doesn’t really seem to smell of anything much at all. The consistency is light; it sinks into the skin quickly and doesn’t leave any trace of heaviness or oiliness at all and yet, it still gives a power packed result.

If you haven’t tried it yet, it is a strong recommend from me, and remember, it’s been going for 40 years which is pretty amazing. It isn’t cheap but a little goes a long way and it is packed with Beta Carotene, Cocoa Butter and Sesame Oil. You can buy a small bottle to test with for £8.50, so your outlay isn’t too big, but it’s quite addictive.

As an end note, not sure who has been writing the Kiehl’s site for the UK, but I’m not certain “continued use for 10 days will provide skin a texture heretofore unattainable” is actually English. Its next description certainly isn’t; “Qualite Internationale!”.
