If you’re wondering what the next big thing in hair accessories is (no, can’t say I was either…) you can wonder no longer. It’s Hair Sprouts. The simplest version of the trend is to wear a single bean sprout, but as you can see in the picture above, they go as lavish as you like.
Actually, I think they’re really cool – I mean, it’s not really a look anyone has done before but if you’re fashion-weeking, and you see a contingent from Korea or Japan, don’t be surprised if you see a bean sprout rising from their scalp.
I’ve also spotted a bit of trend in hair biscuits.

I feel like it has potential… i can image silk flowers and leaves “growing” out of partings and ponytails looking delicate and earthy. But at the same time it reminds me of a movie I saw as a child, where a young girl has a flower growing out of the top of her head – i have no idea what it was called, or even the general plot mind!

I think we have reached that time in fashion where new things that are actually totally new are just weird. I mean, now I can steal my nephew’s kindergarten project and be fashionable? That is, well, at least funny!
