Back on the travel exclusive hunt, Givenchy is knocking it out of the park! The Givenchy Glamour On The Go Travel Exclusive isn’t even new – it’s been out a year or so, so how it’s eluded me, I don’t know. In terms of use, I think this one is better than the Mini Prismes I showed earlier, although for cuteness, I’ll take those drawers!
Inside the circular, tiered palette, the top row contains powder and blush, with a little brush. The second tier contains seven eye colour cubes.
But, it’s the third tier where the fun starts! If you like a mini-thing, inside the tier is a mini mascara, a mini eye pencil (not sure I’ve ever seen one of those before) and a mini gloss.
The circular tiers all get locked together by a single gold bar that keeps it shut. I love these ingenious thing – in my next life I want to be a mini-make-up-maker and if that’s not an actual job, it should be.
The Givenchy Glamour On The Go Travel Exclusive is £49 and available from World Duty Free at the airport. Got to be worth setting the alarm half an hour earlier for…

I have two of these by Lancome and one by Laura Mercier. They’re pretty nifty, but the miniatureness (especially Lancome) does get a bit annoying. The pencil is not just short but extra slim and not so easy to work with. It’s really handy to have everything in one little case, though, and if you’re trying to save precious ounces on your luggage allowance, they’re handy. I love the way they’ve organised this once though. Do I really, really need another travel palette. Of course I do.
