Every year in the run up to Christmas, Estee Lauder bring out their blockbuster makeup set that you can buy with any fragrance purchase. This time, the set costs £54 but has a value of over £290.

This year’s collection is spectacular with a range of makeup that’s based on suit all pinks and peaches, alongside some skincare and a tiny fragrance sample.

It’s all wrapped up in a very gorgeous bright red patent vanity bag (with a mini make up bag included, too). Whatever way you look at it, it’s a bargain and is a notorious sell-out well before most of us have even thought of starting our shopping.

So, I’ll whizz through the contents: The Deluxe Eye Palette contains 12 EyeShadows in Pink Mink, Captivating Cocoa, Infamous Sky, Provocative Petal, Rebel Metal, Fiery Saffron,  Ivory Power, Currant Desire, Defiant Nude, Envious Orchid … and the listings have gone a little awry, listing only 11 shades and one of those is a duplicate! The palette also contains two Pure Color Blushes in Pink Kiss and Peach Passion. There’s a limited edition All Over Shimmer Powder, three full size Pure Color Lipsticks in Candy, Fuschia Fever and Rose Tea, as well as two Pure Color Glosses (kind of Bobbi Brown size) in Nude Rose and Shocking Pink. The final makeup item is Sumptuous Extreme Mascara in Extreme Black.

As far as skincare goes, there’s a full size Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, a small Advanced Night Repair Sychronized Recovery Complex, a small Revitalizing Supreme Creme. The sample size fragrance is Modern Muse) my least favourite Lauder fragrance.

Whatever way you look at this, if you have an Estee Lauder fragrance to buy, the makeup set is a sumptuous thing – I can’t see any beauty lover not falling head over heels for this. It’s showing up differently at different retailers, offer wise, and John Lewis HERE have some interesting combinations, but Boots are offering a 10% off when you spend over £40 plus you get your points HERE. (I wouldn’t try carrying this one home.. it’s heavy – let the internet do the carrying!).
