She’s probably trademarked–rather than patented—it. That was Elizabeth Taylor’s nickname and is coming up in the U.S. Patent & Trademark database as owned by “The Elizabeth Taylor Cosmetics Company CORPORATION CALIFORNIA 12400 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1275 Derrick K. Lee, CPA, CFP Los Angeles CALIFORNIA 90025” Maybe its the wrong “Elizabeth”?
