I’ve no idea how these apples keep being reinvented in the way they do, but it seems there is no stopping the apply-creatives because the next DKNY Be Delicious limited editions are gorgeous and rather different. Themed on a New York rooftop garden, there are three scents; Urban Violet, Rooftop Peony and Empire Apple. The one I’ve fallen for is Urban Violet because I love anything with violet notes. It’s a note you have to be really careful with because it can go rather old-ladyish and a little too Parma violet, but in this blend it sits there amongst bergamot, pink lady apple blossom and cassis with a little bit of rose absolut to make a thoroughly spring-like, good-mood fragrance.
You need to like your fragrance on the sweet-floral side for this to be the one, but it’s such a happy fragrance and totally reflecting my mood right now that I can’t resist an off-season spritz.
It’s already available at Boots HERE for £37.

I’m a fan of the DKNY Be Delicious scents so I will definitely be smelling this one in a perfume store nearby. The bottles always look so cute as well
I absolutely love the other DKNY Be Delicious scents and am yet to try this one!
Think that will have to happen sooner than I expected now!
Thanks for the post

I violet anything so I’ll be checking this out next time I’m in Boots. It sounds divine!
Sweet-floral sounds like my kind of scent – will give this spritz when I get the chance 🙂
