Excuse the blob of gloss in this picture..not sure how that got there! But, here’s a very sneek peak at the September launch from Ciate; the Feather Manicure. I’m not sure if I’m wowed or weirded by this because inside the box there are real (ethically sourced) feathers that you seal into your mani.
Ciate Feather Manicure InteriorI will definitely have a go at this, if only to prove to myself I can master the technique but I’ve just had to cut my nails quite short and I think they need a little length to really make the most of the The Feather Manicure. When I think about it, real feathers for hair were a thing last summer, so maybe there is no reason to think that it won’t translate further along to nails.
There are full instructions, simply put, that look easy to follow, but the real truth will be in the testing so, grow, nails, grow! The Feather Manicure will cost £20 and I think will be a Selfridges roll-out again.
