As a rule, I’m not a fan of powder foundations, but this one is a little bit special. Although you can apply with a brush as though putting on blusher, there is also a sponge included in the palette if you prefer to apply it that way for a heavier coverage. The texture is lighter than air and is designed to give the complexion more radiance so that it looks less tired – which has to be a good thing! Luckily for those like me who prefer a traditionally fluid base, there is also Vitalumiere Fluid launching at the same time. Both are on counters from 8th January.

I love the vitalumiere range. Anything that makes you look less tired gets my vote. I shall be popping in to the Chanel counter at Selfridges soon xx
But that’s AFTER Xmas!! Can’t wait that long, my combination skin loves powder foundations…
I always used to like Clinique Superpowder (i think it was called) for a speedy way to do base. This looks like a great 21st century update on that!
