Bumble & Bumble Sunday
Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo

I’m a big fan of hair detoxing – usually I can’t be persuaded away from my beloved Ojon Detox, but I’ve got to admit I think I’ve found a new favourite in Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo. The benefit of a weekly detox is that all the cr*p that gets in your hair, from general grime to build up of serums and conditioners, just disappears, leaving you to start over with fresh and swishy hair.

Bumble & Bumble advise using it before a hair mask as well, and I can quite see how that would be beneficial to get a good performance out of your mask. I home colour my  hair, and the brand states that this isn’t for coloured hair (because it will take down your colour – but then so will Head & Shoulders!) but to be honest, the benefits of a detox outweigh the fact that I might have to re-colour my hair very slightly sooner. I’d feel differently if I was paying ££ for a salon colourist though, so if that’s you, then Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo isn’t for you.

Otherwise, if you haven’t tried a detox shampoo, I will guarantee that you’ll see a difference in terms of swish and shine. Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo uses Ginseng Root extracts as an astringent (amongst other things), so expect a squeak, but I use a conditioner as normal (experimenting with lovely Aveda again) straight after so there’s no tangling or tugging.

This is such a high recommend from me – the difference before and after is so noticable that it’s worth every single penny of the £18.50 HERE.
