Oral B Triumph 5000

I’m totally geeking out over my new electric toothbrush – my old one did really well and stayed the course for about five years but I could tell it was on its last legs because it needed recharging nearly every day. RIP my lovely old toothbrush. However, in the meantime, what the heck happened in toothbrush world? I now realise that my old one, however beloved, was pretty much like using a typewriter compared to a laptop.

Is there anything this doesn’t do?! The weirdest thing about it is that it has a remote ‘guide’ that tells you if you’ve been brushing for long enough..

Remote Indicator

Bit of a half-hearted smile there that turns into an absolute beam when you’ve brushed long enough.

Nail Effects

And what are these doing here? Well, any left-over nail wraps I have I’m using as a pairing guide – we have so much equipment in this house all with their different chargers and adapters (including four electric toothbrushes), that I put a nail sticker on each pair that’s mine so nobody can run off with my charger lead (as happens frequently!).

It’s a Match!

Anyway, I’m thrilled with this toothbrush.. in use it’s power-packed and (as it should) it leaves my teeth feeling super-clean and I don’t hesitate to recommend it. I’m thinking that smiley face could get old quite quickly though :-). It’s £99 HERE but I’d recommend that you shop around because the price seems to vary.

PS If you’re wondering why my pics are at odd angles, they’ve taken on a life of their own and are twisting when downloading. Sorry.. am working on it.
