Aerin Rose de Grasse Candle

If you’ve been burning up your Christmas candles, then you’re probably in need of a bit of an olfactory palette cleanse. The Aerin Rose de Grasse Candle is exactly that – a soft and true rose scent that’s not skimpy on fragrance and built with rose centifolia, rose Otto and rose absolute. In fact, if you’re a rose fan, it’s a long time since I’ve smelled anything better in that genre.

I don’t think the UK has got to grips with Aerin (Lauder) in the same way that the US has – she has rather a pared back aesthetic that’s more about the understatement than the grand statement and this candle embodies that rather well. A simple, elegant design with a soft and charming fragrance.

The candle hasn’t made it on-line yet but the fragrance has, and based on the candle, I’m quite tempted to try it, even at £135 (HERE).
