I’ve had so many comments from people saying they are having problems with Adonia; it seems that some are unable to chase orders, customer services don’t return calls, money is being taken out of their accounts multiple times, and the product – if it does arrive – takes a long time to come. I’m currently speaking with their UK press office who are taking up the matter with Adonia directly, so hopefully I’ll have some answers soon as to why we’re getting a less than acceptable service. I’ve looked carefully across the internet for other such complaints and can’t find any; reviews on the product are generally positive. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but don’t intend to until these issues are ironed out.

Surprised to hear that, I got mine right away. I liked the product and thought the phone rep was quite friendly
I LOVE this product, I was just having a search to see if Adonia did any other products and came accross this. When I ordered payment was simple and I recieved the products within a week. The bottle is really big so you do get a lot for your money and the effects for me have been nothing short of astounding, 10 minutes after applying my skin feels tight and smooth and my horrible cellulite has pretty much vanished! I can’t recommend it enough and am very shocked to hear people are worried it is a scam- I have just stocked up on another 6 bottles so maybe I got it all and there isn’t any left for anybody else!
Sounds like a few people are getting impatient with their ugly legs – lol! I have to step up to the plate for Adonia because their product is outstanding and they are the only online company i have ever ordered from that sends international orders for free. Just my two cents….

I have just received product and have tried it. I do think it has made a difference but it is early days, so will update later.
March,05 – Went to Adonia website and asked for 02 units;
March,07 – Got a confirmation and also notification with tracking nº with USPS;
March,18 – It was delivered in my place, those 02 units i’ve asked + 01 for free! I’ve checked my bills and paid only U$174, no shipping charges. So it was ok, and I LIVE IN BRAZIL!
Well, i’m trying since then, havent found any miracle yet, but i know i’m not using as they suggest (first 30 days, apply TWICE in the morning and TWICE at night and for best results, 3 times in the mornig and 3 times at night, so you’ll see results in 9 minutes). I can tell, one of those is almost over… 🙁 maybe in the end of the 3 bootles, i’ll come back with more info and tell that i’ve reach the result they promisse. I hope so…
My tip is “the more you expect, more you can be frustrated”.

I am absolutely having a problem receiving my order. They said it would arrive in 2-3 business days and it’s been 10 already and they didn’t wait a minute after I placed the order to deduct the money from my account. The customer service rep. keeps telling me it will be here soon, but I am getting so frustrated. This better be a miracle product for all this frustration.
I ordered my Adonia Leg Tone on March 10th and still have not recieved it. I also ordered two other products that came right away by United States Postal Service even though the website said by FedEx. I just recieved what I thought was going to be my Adonia Leg Tone Serum, only to find it is a duplicate of the additonal products I ordered. I’ve sent several emails and made a few calls and have been told each time “I’ll get that to you right away” It’s April 4th and I still don’t have it. Guess I’ll call my bank Monday and cancel order as I think I have been more than patient!
I ordered my product on 11th March, got an email on 20th March to say it was on its way. Then on 6th April got a slip from Royal Mail to say I needed to collect it fromt he post office and pay £11.06in customs charges!!! Haven’t tried it yet so it better be good!

After a four week wait for deliery to the UK and paying a customs charge, received my product. I’ve used it for four days. I have a bit of cellulite fat on the front of my thighs. Not entirely sure it is improving the look. It definitely does something though. within a minute of applying for the first time, it looked as though my skin had tightened significantly. This resulted in the lumpy bits looking more prominent. That coupled with my legs shivering and peachy coloured areas on my thighs – I was a bit nervous to say the least. Hpwever, reaction to the product seems to have stopped, and there is a slight improvement. Large bottle, but no advice on how much to apply. Suspect I’m using too much.
Very disappointed in this product, it simply does not work!
Ordered 2 bottles on 6th March (plus 1 free bottle) and they finally turned up on 2nd April. Had to collect from post office as there was an extra £16.35 to pay for customs, not warned about that!!
Anyway, did my own experiment, just moisturised one leg and put Adonia on the other. Waited 4 minutes, reapplied and waited 9 minutes. Then asked my husband if he could see a difference and guess what, he chose the wrong leg, then admitted what I could see myself, that there was NO DIFFERENCE. In a week I’ve used 3/4 of the bottle, so it’ll only last maybe 2-3 days more, so certainly wouldn’t last 60 days. Company promises your money back, my question is how, when they don’t reply to emails? Please don’t waste your money, it’s useless!!

I love the product indeed, but in the first month I used 3 bottles already (because you have to apply it twice in the morning and twice in the evening, at a 4-min. interval). It’s far from the advertised miracle, but it’s the best product I ever tried. The cellulite does not disappear (at least after a month), but the skin looks better after applying it. I also bought one serum for the face, has anyone tried it?

I have had a few problems. namely it took nearly four weeks to arrive and although it said free postage I had to pay a customes charge of eleven pounds. we wrote to the lady at adonia and said we would like to be refunded the custom charge. she was pleasant enough but would not refund the charge. very annoyed abou this unforseen charge as the cream is not cheap. I work as a beauty writer and test lots of cellulite products. My favourite so far has been rodial cellulite cream. However I have been using this for three weeks and really really like it. My cellulite has in no way disappeared but there is a definite difference. unlike fatgirlslim and sleep which i used religiously for two months and did nothing, i definitelt think this is doing something!!
However I am annoyed that it says one bottle lasts 60 days. This is not possible applying twice in the morning and twice at night. My bottle is nearly empty after three weeks.
This is bogus. Their site is usually down to. When you place your order, it says ‘please wait, your order is processing’. but nothing happens. Therefore you want to try to place an order again. Only to find out that the previous order did go through, and your CC was charged the first time. This is probably a way for them to generate higher recorded sales, as they deduct the money instantly. I had to call amex to cancel my order. I then spoke to a friend of mine, who trains for muscle and fitness shows. He told me to save my money and use Jergens Skin Firming Daily Toning Moisturizer, or the Oil of Olay Body Firming Reviver Body Lotion…in addition to Preparation H! Cheap, but it actually firms the skin. As usual, just eat healthier and exercise at least 3-4 times a day..and drink lots of water to flush all of those nasty toxins.

Ladies, all cellulite creams work just the same. You name it i have tried it. Creams or lotions are not the only key to cellulite removal, exercise, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water help with process. Another solution is is to cut down on dairy, fatty foods and coffee. This works.
I recently ordered my bottle of Adonia Leg Tone and got mine within a week. Not too impressed with the product but i have noticed a difference. But to be honest, Adonia is no different from other cellulite creams or lotions. You name it I have tried it. They work well in conjunction with diet and exercise and drinking plenty of water. Running and walking are the best solutions for tonning hips and thighs. This has worked for me so far…..
I ordered my bottle of Adonia Leg Tone on 1st June and still haven’t got it. They charged the cc right away and I got an ordernumber. Although they advertise on their site that they will ship it with FedEx, I got confirmed it will be send with US Postal Service. I live in Germany. No reactions on Emails or phonecalls…
It is absolutely unacceptable and clearly a rip off!
