| Stila Set & Illuminate Bronze Powder |
Stila’s summer collection is all about the complexion, from perfecting to sheeny highlighting. The big focus is on the Set & Illuminate Baked Powders – that come in a grind-it-yourself container – that gives a brightening glow and sets your make-up. It’s available in three ways, each one containing three shades of powder designed to act in different ways on the skin – for example, Set & Bronze has Kitten Shimmer, Matte Bronze and Bronze Shimmer. I’m so not about powders of any kind, but this is great for oilier skin types to lose the shine.

Next up is this lovely All Over Shimmer Liquid Luminzer, updated and reformulated in four shades. From what I can gather from reviews, Kitten is universally unpopular as a face shimmer for being too shimmery, but is loved everywhere else – eyes, lips and cheeks. Add a drop or two to tinted moisturiser or foundation for a soft focus touch; personally I think rose-gold is the suit-all.

The Passionfruit Crush Gloss is a gorgeous peachy-pink and ideal for lightly bronzed skin as well as pale tones. Add to that, the brand new blush, Custom Color Blush in Self Adjusting Bronze, that does the pH balance trick (and is my favourite item from the collection) and you’ve had the Stila summer season highlights.
